Delicious Sandwhich!

Ok I've had two versions of this sandwhich. The first is slices of rye bread, cream cheese spread, avocados, cucumbers, tomoates with either turkey or chicken breast. The second version was wheat bread, avocados, cream cheese and turkey. BOTH ARE AMAZING. So healthy and so yummy! Anyone else love these?

Avocaaaaaaaado! Nom nom nom... always so tricky to find the perfect one, though- usually take ages to harden or go squishy and brown too quickly

Buy them when they are green and still hard.

Leave them out for 2 days. You will notice the skin darken.

Avocado may start feeling slightly soft.

Stick them in the fridge. Eat it within a week.

If you want them softer leave them out longer.
