Freaking out about Marriage License...Need help!

OK now I have a question ( from reading all of this information)

 

Im getting married in vegas-I now its easy to get the license there-but whenw e sign it, I sign the new name??

 

Question 2-I never legally changed my name after my divorce-LONG STORY ( house still in both our names, etc...) so do I sign my new married name and just change it with SS/dmv/etc when I am back in NY?
