Help With My Logo From Cm!

Ok ladies.....totally cluesless again with the computer...Creative Montage sent my 6 logos yesterday and I'm clueless on how to save them from the email to be able to post them on here and my personal website!!!Anyone have any direction for me?!

right click and save picture as

After you right click and save as, you can either upload them to the BDW site using the "Quick upload" button just to the right of your reply message under the smilies, or upload them to a free site like Photobucket.com and copy/paste the IMG link.
