Martha's Vineyard or Newport?

Does anyone know of nice B&B or Inns in Martha's Vineyard, Cape Cod or Newport, RI? The hair salon I work at is closed the first week in August and I wanted to do a nice getaway with the FI. I'm also considering Gettysburg, PA. I just want something far but close enough were we don't have to fly.

Jenny, MV and Newport are great, but tend to be pretty pricey in the summer. The Cape mainland can be a little more reasonable, but you'd still have a hard time finding a place for less than $250 per night. If you're going for the week, you might be able to find a last-minute deal on a condo or house rental. These sites should be helpful. Let me know if you have any specific questions- I also went to college in Newport but it's been a while.

Yea I was looking up prices and they were crazy! I was hoping to do a few days in one place, and a few days in another.. but now we're leaning more towards going camping. I've never been believe it or not lol
