whenever I am too busy to eat (like before the wedding) I end up eating cereal (rice krispies) for dinner (on top of continuing to eat them for breafkast like I normally do) and I always loose weight. I use 1% milk. Cereal is pretty filling (of course it has to be a low sugar one though).

Also, so that you don't drive yourself crazy starving, try to eat often, even if it's just a tiny little bit. This will keep your metabolism going.

Don't worry, it will all work out. I've never heard of a bride not fitting into her dress on her wedding day! (if anyone has counter examples keep them to yourself wink.gif )

I had the same thing happen to me. I do a lot of hiking and climbing for my job so I put on muscle mass prior to the wedding. When I went in to pick up the dress it was snug, perfect. I don't put on weight at all (I have a metabolism that is like a hummingbird), so I know it wasn't a weight gain. But I did notice that I was thicker in my back, unfortunately didn't notice it until I put on the dress an hour before the ceremony. It was TIGHT, I couldn't sneeze right and it hurt so bad, but I managed to get it on. I have no idea how but I did.

My advice is careful that you are not trying to tone up or gain muscle. Careful not to do too much cardio that involves a lot of arm movement that works your back. You may replace the bad with another bad if you work it too much.

If you aren't seeing results or are noticing that your dress still doesn't fit right and its only a little bit that won't zipp, consider changing your hairstyle, if your hair is long enough, so that it could cover the little bit of open zipper.

Good luck, let us know how it goes. Keep working at it, everything will work out!!!

Erin,

I have tried a few things that I think will work. Those wraps actually do take a couple of inches off. Also, that celebrity diet stuff (it is a juice). You only drink that with water and you will loose at least 5 to 10 lbs. It is like a fast. You will feel like crap though. I think you can get it at healthfood stores. Hope it helps,

Heather

Anyways I'm trying the sacred heart diet. Started yesterday and I was 2 pounds lighter this morning! No joke. It was awesome. I'm eating my soup as we speak. I know its hard but I'm pretty disciplined when the fear of having nothing to wear on my own wedding day is haning over my head.

Erin how is it going? We can do this!!!

It is possible, she lost it. She took the Ali pill and ate three lien cuisines per day kept her calories under 1200 drank lots of water and walked...IT WORKED MIRACLES.
