I did a body wrap last summer and I lost several inches-about 12 all over! Make sure you do the wrap where you get on the elliptical-like machine. They say it helps your body get rid of toxins-and it makes you feel great afterward as a bonus! I did an infrared "wrap" recently and it sucked! All it did was make me really really hot!

Erin that's so great! I also reccomend cutting out all processed foods, and cut our dairy as well if you can. I cut out dairy from my diet in April and lost 4 lbs in one month....it was totally painless and really make my body slim down. Watch out for the added salt in things like salad dressings and breakfast cereals....you wouldn't think they have a lot but they do! I started making my own salad dressings in the blender with random herbs and and vinegars...no oil. I eat salads with a TON of veggies for lunch which really will clean out your system. Also...every snack I have has a fruit or veggie, which will keep you super full and hydrated as well.
