Communication with the WC was awesome. Sometimes it wasn't quick, but I always got a reply. And sometimes only one or two questions were answered, but if you keep your emails short (only one or two questions) they will get responded to promptly. Also, once you get there you get everything sorted out, so don't worry about anything too much!

I'm still trying to calculate what it will cost me. Some of the guest say the hotel is expensive. I'm a little stress because if they stay some where else my cost will go up to get them in that day..
