I went to 4 different places before I actually found someone who would do it! She made a photocopy of the original birth cert. then had a paper attached that explained that "This is a photocopy of (first, last name's) original CA State Birth Cert. Yay! One more thing done!

..another ppw question:

So the only paperwork required is our notarized birth certs and the other paper that we fill out....do we need to file any paperwork/apply for marriage cert. through our state? Is there any additional ppw we should be doing to make marriage legal?
