hello everyone-Dreams any CanCun vs NH Krystal

Im new to this site and I absolutely love it. I am trying to get married at the Dreams Resort in Can Cun next year and unfortunately I am having the worst luck with everyone out there from calling me back to giving me any booking information. Does anyone know if that resort is flakey as far as what they tell you over the phone and what really happens? Ive been reading blogs where they claim its a nightmare. Any information on that resort would be so appreciated.

There are a lot of dreams brides here. I don't think I've read anything negative about it. Try doing a search, and I'm sure some dreams brides will chime in with advice/opinions

It does seem like communication with dreams can be a pain. But, there are so many dreams brides on the forum you can get all the info you need here & barely have to talk to the dreams WC. Once you get there it sounds like they take care of everything great.

Welcome to the forum. Right now, the WC'S are super busy with weddings. My WC is getting about 400 emails a day. So just keep emailing and they will get back to you. I never have any luck on the phone, so I stick with emails.
