There are some things I'd like to order, but it's not clear how they charge for shipping. It seems as though you have to pay in advance and they charge you after...

Also, it seems as though you need to have a business to order. Is this true?

Sorry, can't help you with this website. We ordered lots of stuff from minimus.biz and they had comparable prices with dollaritem.com, but they had free shipping
