For some more information on the video.

They met with us for about 15 minutes a few days in advance and got information about what was most important for the wedding.

They also asked our favorite songs and if there was any can't miss moments that we knew of for the wedding.

We had them come for 3 and half hours.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and part of the reception through the cake cutting.

It was so fun to get that in the mail and re-live a lot of moments your remember, many you did not even see, and many that you would have forgotten.

The other nice part is that while most of it is set to music during the vows and speechs they actually go back to the voices so you get to hear what you are saying.

This was a last minute decision that we are so happy about. I actually asked my husband for this to be our "wedding present"

Contact me with any questions.

Happy wedding planning.

Laura

Hi Pacific - I think if you go to the "how to" section of the forum - it will tell you. If it's just a link to some photo sharing site, you can just paste it. If you want to just paste in the pictures, it will tell you how to do that.

Can't wait to see! Thanks in advance for sharing :)

Michelle2011,

we booked our trip online through expedia and most of our guests are booking online through various travel engines (expedia, travelocity, orbitz, etc) . you can book both your flight and hotel through them and we found this to be cheaper than the hotel rates barcelo gives. It was even cheaper than going through a travel agent for us. I'm not sure if you can do this when coming from the uk but you should look into it....

Hi Calgrl, thanx for the info. I can't pull up any dates for May 2011 over here in the UK on any sites. Maybe it's just to early to book? It's so frustrating waiting for the prices to come out. I will definately keep my eye on those sites though so thank you. With only a yr to go we really want to book up and give family and friends time to save etc... Hopefully by the end of May we will be able to. But it looks as though it will work out cheaper to do it this way rather than direct or with a TA. Will let you know how i get on.
