If you do not want to wear flip flops wedges are easier to wear then heels.

Right so I finally!!! got into my aunts and rescued my dress lol

 

Mainly because its too big so i'm going to try and take it back to the shop tomorrow and ask them to swap it for the next size down.

 

Btw its a really bad pic but best I could do on my own while keeping the dogs out so that I don't get dog hair on my dress lol

 

So what do you think about shoes? It pools round my feet?

I say you go with flip flops. Comfy and great for a DW. You could probably find some that are black and white or how about silver and white. Would look good with that dress.
