Good luck with picking your date. Sounds like your balancing several priorities.

 

Good luck with the hotel search! That will probably be harder than picking a date. We finally chose Dreams Puerto Vallarta today after searching for months! Although I've never been to this resort we went to PV last year and saw it in passing. It happens to be on one of the nicest beaches in Vallarta (where beaches are less perfect than Cancun). It also is situated close to the the town which is a bonus. Puerto Vallarta is such a romantic, authentic destination, I highly recommend you check it out!
