An Update on Ann's Gift

Just wanted to let you all know that after much chit chat and seeing all your comments in the donation thread, the mods and I decided much against our tradition of just giving people money Ann's situation qualified as a special circumstance.

 

We had planned on a Visa Gift card but a couple of people mentioned that those can be a pain in the rear sometimes to deal with and also because getting mail to Ann in the next couple of days might be difficult I wound up sending her your donations via paypal.

 

I hope you are all okay with that and understand why that was the best thing to do for Ann and Paul and of course little Gwen.

 

Lastly, let me tell you girls are the most generous people on this planet, I cannot even believe the amount of support and love you all have given over the last week since Ann went to the hospital. I know that her and Paul appreciate your support more than you all can ever know.

 

Anyway-that's the story and I have told Ann that she must provide more pictures in return for the gift!!!

I really think this is the best plan, since Ann & Paul have most of the "supplies" they need. Their biggest issue is housing and food for the next month. I think this is the way we can help them the most, and I know they're responsible and will put it to good use

That's great! I was really worried about what they were going to do while they're out in CA (too bad they're here for June gloom!) AND getting the baby home. I think it's a very appropriate gift. Great job girls!
