I wouldn't feel bad Monica. It sounds like their business is definitely hit and miss. After all, it's only a $1 for most of the products so we can't whine too much. I cancelled mine though. I don't have OOT bags to fill up. haha

I always shop at e.l.f...there stuff is always $1 and it is not nordies stuff.

 

They have some pretty good stuff....but it's not the BEST quality.

I don't know if you have ever seen this website before...but I use the info from her all the time. I have one of her books and get her e-mail newsletters as well. She rates the cosemetics from a scientific approach instead of a user try and report approach.

The website doesn't have many reviews...you need the book for that, but it gives you an idea on the e.l.f. stuff.
