Wedding Doves

I know some of you were looking for ceremony to perform at your wedding. Just be careful of this one! My mom just sent me an email with this, and all she said was, "Ann, let’s skip the doves, O.K.?"

 

Gotta love 'er!

Imagine the following:

 

You have just made it through your wedding ceremony and step out onto the church steps . The photographer raises his camera.

 

Following your family tradition, both of you hold white doves which you will release together. You and your new husband stand shoulder to shoulder with a dove in your hands as your friends and relatives eagerly wait.

 

The photographer gives the ready signal and you open your hands toward the sky.

 

Not a dry eye in the house, the camera flashes; the moment is saved for eternity....

I thought for sure it was gonna be of one of the doves pooping on them or something! This is a classic though! That was great Ann!

That's what I expected too - a little dove poop on the camera. Not so much! I'd be mortified if it happened at all, let alone if the picture was floating around the internet!
