Shower & reception dress done :)...stimulus check gone :(

Alrighty......I had a minor anxiety attack at how much $$$ I spent on my whirlwind shopping trip on Saturday....but I did get both my reception dress to change into for dancing, and my shower dress too. I got all of my makeup at Sephora....spent a small fortune on that. Also got my backless sticky bra thing and undie things as well. Cute story about the dresses....I was sitting getting my hair trial done and got a text from Andy that he had put 4 dresses on hold at BCBG and BEBE for me to try on when I was done. He's not a shopper, and has never done that before, it was just the cutest thing! I ended up getting one he picked, and he was so proud of himself

Here is the reception dress. I'm chaning into this later in the evening before dancing. (with my jewelery and shoes for the wedding dress)

 

Here is the shower dress. It's fun!

Steve would NEVER do that. He does point out tops sometimes when shopping and I will throw him a bone and get one once and awhile.

the first dress is very Marilyn Monroe like but with a modern twist. the 2nd dress is just adorable and fun. Great choices. You girls are picking out the cutest shower dresses, my shower is being kept a secret so i can't do that. or i'll just have to buy a bunch of cute dresses to wear from Sept to october. hehe
