Do you get super nervous the night before you fly?

I sometimes do before a flight, depending on my frame of mind and what I'm thinking about. My nerves affect my tummy, so I take my Rx and everything eventually is ok. I used to take Gravol (the 4 hour kind, not long acting 12+ hr) and that helped me doze through the flight. The turbulence actually lulls me to sleep!!

I can totally relate to this

I am a terrible flyer. Its not being in the air that scares me I just get a bit claustrophobic if we are sat in a row of 3 and the 3rd person is a strangerhuh.gif

I know it's wierd but I can't help it.... I dont eat before I fly incase I am ill on the plane and embarrass myself in front of this stranger!!

I am taking a 10 hour flight to Jamaica on Thursday so Ladies wish me luck xx

I can totally relate in terms of not being able to sleep the night before, however it's because i'm a terrible flyer.

I love to travel, but if i could get there by land or sea i would totally do it.

I had a terrible experience once and since then have been terrified of flying, every little noise or turbulence make me squirm with fear in my seat.

I also don't eat on flights, but that's due to fear and not embarassment.

All i thinkg about is that there is nowhere else to go but down if something were to happen. Almost makes me wonder why i agreed to get married away. wacko.gif

I'm so going to need something to knock me out for our flight.
