We are not having as many people as you (only about 30) but we are taking another suitcase for OOT stuff and extras (yes even with the extra fee). But other options are to ask friends and family to pack some of this stuff for you to help out.

Trish those bags are awesome! We're leaving for DC in the morning but going to Target as soon as we get back...keeping fingers crossed that they still have them!!!!

I went there today and they have a lot of cute beach stuff in the dollar bins - some items are 2.50 but there are sand toys, beach towels, flip flops, beach mats. etc.

I went to my target this morning and they the straw bags as well as other types. I found bags that were bright green with white flowers that actually zipped for $2.50. They had other patterns (pink and white/multi color striped)

 

I always feel so strange when making a purchase for OOT bags because you have to buy such a large amount. When I bought hand santizer the people behind me were looking at me with wierd faces (I bet they thought I had issues with germs)
