They run around the resort doing stuff for events and do not spend a lot of time in their office.

Claudia apologized for the delay in her responses, but I understand since they have so many events!

 

I really worried about nothing.

Thanks! I'm super excited... that was a load off my chest. Now for all the fun planning stuff lol... I have my invitations almost done. I really need a logo though and I guess I don't have the program to make one.. Does anyone know what that is?

Yes the presidential suite is in the pyramid with a dolphin/ocen view on the top floor. The pres suite in the Tower is not available for guests to reserve according to the Chief Concierge.
