Yes, I've been feeling sick since last week, at first I didn't know what you meant, haha, I had to think about it for a minute. I'm starting to feel better today though, thanks for asking!
Hi Jilly, Glad to hear you are feeling better !
I know you can't plan the weather so I suppose you just have to go with the flow, I think we're still going to book for November despite what the TA says.
One other question, were you well informed of any extras that you may want along with the prices ? I'm a little concerned that once we've booked there may be alot of added extras that will bump the whole cost up ?

I am taking our iPod, but putting everything on CDs to have them ready to play.

My concern is during the ceremony, does the sound guy stick around and play the songs for us or do we have to have everything timed just right?

I think I remember Susan saying something about someone from the site playing it for them.

I'm not sure if they do or if you have to hire a DJ to just play your IPOD.

When I first booked I had no idea that certain things weren't included, but they do have price lists available for everything, most of them are posted here although they may be slightly outdated.

We were always saying here how the WC there should just put together a packet with ALL of the information for brides, because it does take awhile to get responses from them and some of us didn't even know that there were price lists for certain things.

I had my brother handle the IPOD for us. Claudia never mentioned having someone from there do it. I downloaded mariachi music and played that while people were waiting and then my brother started the song for me to walk down the aisle to, turned it off, and then started it again for us to walk out.

You know, I think you're right, if you pay for the sound system, then I think someone runs it for you, but I think she told me you had to bring CD's with music, they couldn't use an IPOD.

We were going to use the sound system, but we really felt like $200 was a total ripoff, especially since we already had the docking station.

I'm glad we didn't pay for it. They had our guests chairs all pulled close to the gazebo and the officiant wore a mic, so you can hear everything on the video. None of our guests said anything about not being able to hear. And even if they could, the officiant was difficult to understand, lol!
