The terrace holds 50 people, but you can also use the lobby area (connected to the terrace) which can hold another 50 people.

so you could sort of spill over into the lobby if needed.

Hi I have a question to the past Dreams Cancun Brides? I am trying to coordinate my colors but I am having trouble trying to figure out what flower colors does the hotel provide. i was looking at the color fushia with a purple. The colors I want are like those of the pictures. Can anyone please help?

Well it's official I sent my deposit and Cecilia confirmed that I will be getting married on June 9th 2010! Wahoo!

I already have so many questions I'm not sure where to start so I'm sure I'll be around here often

Quick question....do any of you know what is going on with the beach right now? I saw on trip advisor some pictures posted with bulldozers on the beach near the gazebo!

they are working on restoring all of the coastline in Cancun b/c of the erosion from the hurricane. I can't remember who posted it on her but they said the beach was finished and it looked really nice. I'm sure it'll be completely done by August so no worries

Yes one of the brides said they are restoring the beaches in all of Cancun and the beach outside the dreams was completed last week.

I was just there recently (well, okay like 2 months ago) and saw the bulldozer, and honestly did not think it distracted from the beauty of the place, it is gorgeous and one little bulldozer does not even get in the way at all!

I was there last Monday and there is still a bulldozer on the beach to the right of the Gazebo. And currently that whole beach on that side of Dreams is closed. Once the wedding started we did not notice the dozer, and it did not take away from the beauty of the wedding. It looks like they were getting fairly close to being done. The beach on the left of the lighthouse is completely open.
