Gran Bahia Principe Akumal/Tulum/Coba - POST HERE!

On the back of the welcome letter I made a little table that had everyone's names (that we're in each room) and left a space for people to write in room numbers.... Most of our guest arrived at the same time as us so we checked in I wrote down room numbers and passed out welcome letters... Everyone filled out there own but it was a great way to contact guest.

We had our own photographer and I wasn't really watching the time.... We took group pics, family pics, bridal party and bride and groom. We took pics straight from the ceremony to the dinner and our ceremony was at 3 and dinner at 6.... We did get pics in a few locations.

Thank you!

We are having 35 guests ---- so 37 including ourselves at the wedding.

Jazmin told me that the tables at the Tequila Mexican restaurant need to be 8 to 10 people... I just made the seating arrangement and I wanted to sit couples and families and friends by eachother... so I ended up with:

Table 1 - 8 people

Table 2 - 7 people

Table 3 - 9 people

Table 4 - 5 people

Tale 5 - 8 people

Do you think the resort will be ok with this? I'm using table numbers and assigned tables with the guests.

We are also making a schedule in our welcome letter so that we are not too overwhelmed with the guests (and our parents) surrounding us... so we wanted to make time for guests, family, friends, as well as ourselves:

Has anyone had any issues with them switching their wedding date? I am afraid to order anything with our wedding date on it in case this happens but I'd like to get some things out of the way, guest book, ring box ect.

Thanks

@@KatLew I definately wouldn't include all of the alone time either... It puts you on to much of a schedule... Go with the flow and see where the week takes you... There is no trouble for the two of you to sneak away for some alone time!

Should I reword it on the schedule?

@ where did you say we could purchase mini maracas? I can't seem to find it again in this thread.

Thanks so much

I purchased mini maracas from alibaba... im going to use them for the poolside dance reception :)
