How was the "Unforgettable" Package? I am a little confused as to all of this works... we are having a beach ceremony at 4pm, and the reception after, and now I understand that a bar is not included with this? What was your experience?  Thanks

Can you please email me the price list too? Thank you :-) So the photos are only of the ceremony... But Do we only keep ten prints or can we have a cd of like a lot more to make prints at home? Also, can we get photos on the beach or will we need to pay the photographer extra? :-) Kat

I attached a pricing list that my planner gave me, gives you some ideas on prices for the food, space and rentals. I couldn't find the list for the photographer which is soo weird cause I swore I had it but I cant find it!!

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at the weddings department for over a week. But no answer. Does anyone have the actual pricing for the DJ? Is it $190 p hour? Do they have lighted dance floor? Anyone?..... Thanks. ðŸ˜

I swear I had them but I'm going to ask my planner again for it..I just remember seeing the prices and my jaw dropped with how expensive they are..you can go on there website Arrecife website to see the photos but there's no prices:( I will send it as soon as I get it!!

Wait, so DJ went from 150 to 190 to 210 per hour?!?!

 

They are SO hard to get a hold of! It's frustrating :-(

 

My fiance and I want to book our wedding, but I don't even know how to get a hold of them to book the week the wedding! Do we just buy our tickets down there first? I'm so confused... I wish they would get a hold of me.

 

Here are some questions I have, if anyone can help me I would so greatly appreciate it! :-)

 

1. We are planning to do the Unforgettable package (if they ever get a hold of me), with dinner after-wards, and followed by DJ and poolside dancing.... *** DOES ANYONE KNOW if the DJ will play an entrance for bridal party and bride and groom, and if he does the bride/groom first dance, etc? 

 

2. For the ceremony I want a guitar trio playing for processional, a song during ceremony, and the recessional... I also want them playing for 45 minutes during dinner. Is it possible to have the trio play for processional, a song during ceremony, and the recessional?

 

3. Additionally, I wish I knew more about the photos... like, do we ONLY  get 10 photos and that is it, or do we get 10 prints and then a CD of more photos?

I think DJ is included with poolside reception price? That's what I heard on another post....

Beer, Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Cocktails, Gin, Whisky $2680 USD

Special Cocktails:
Beer, Piña Colada Cocktail, Margarita Cocktail
& Sparkling Wine $1400

This option is for 50 persons maximum , in case there´s more people will have an extra charge. This packages includes 3 hours of open bar, set up, soft lighting, cocktail tables, white tiffany chairs microphone and music DJ.
