Hey all! So we are doing some major price breakdowns of several resorts now, getting closer (somewhat) to making the big decision sometime this summer

 

Holly has been a huge help, thx again girl!

 

I was wondering if anyone has any pics/opinions about where the semi-private dinner can be held.

 

We are thinking of doing the poolside party AFTER dinner, but I wanted to know what other brides have seen in terms of the restaurants that can hold 50 people or so for the dinner. Any help would be much appreciated! 

 

And Tlseege, thanks for your lovely review from your wedding a few yrs back! I didn't get to see your pics but would love to see them if you wanted to PM with me? 

 

This resort is definitely looking very cost effective - and deviouslindsay, I wondered the same thing about free packages, but after doing some major cost breakdowns, BPC remains to be very cost effective especially with a large party!

Hey everyone! Quick question - does anyone know when the resort needs to know final number of guests for the wedding/reception? We have some that are thinking of doing last minute bookings and just want to ensure that this won't be a problem? Thanks!

Jazmin told me at least 1 month before your wedding. I'm sure if the number were to change within the month, and it's not a dramatic change, they should be ok if you let them know before arriving at the resort.

So, still no word from Eugenia after she sent me an email two months ago asking for information that I couldn't give her until she answered some of my questions.. wedding is in November. I am going to fly to Mexico and flip out.

Ugh! I feel your pain worstbride! I've been waiting for months for a reply from her too. Our wedding isn't until Jan so we have a couple extra months than you do, but we haven't even received an email from her with any info yet. I'd really like to start thinking about our options so that we can get wedding details sorted... like where our reception is going to be and info on flowers so that I have time to book an outside florist if need be. I find the waiting is the only frustrating part of this whole process... everything else is easy!

I hear u guys on the emailing, although for a while in early may I was getting replies quote promptly! @liz- did u need PDF docs with cake ad flower pictures? I saw u mentioned waiting to hear more About flowers. I have PDFs with all cake and flower pics, along with which ones come free with packages... If u need this let me know!

I am getting Married there in november too and have had a bit better luck with Maria.  You can always try to forwar you email and ask for a response from [email protected].  That is the director of groups and events email.  I got a response a bit more quickly.  I understand that they are busy but 2 months is way to long for you to wait.   My wedding is in november and I got a few emails from Maria answering the questions I need so I can start planning. Hope this works for you!

We got back on sunday our wedding was amazing Eugenia did a great job I will start to write a review xx
