How long were you guys given to provide Paloma with a booking number? She confirmed our date yesterday and gave us until the 15th of Feb to provide a booking number and flight details. I responded, asking for more time, since we just sent the invites to the printer (waiting for her to confirm the date for almost a month) so it'll be about 3 weeks before we have them. If we send them out immediately, it puts us at 2nd week of Feb to start booking and we clearly can't ask people to put down a deposit within a couple of days of receipt of the invites. Westjet won't release booking numbers until the minimum of 10 rooms are booked so again, this will take a couple of weeks. 

 

I asked her if we could put down a deposit to show that we are serious so she can hold the date longer but nothing back yet.

I had thought about it but I would be a blubbering wreck and the photos would not be pretty.  We will have it on our play list for background music when photos are being taken etc.

For those wondering re: veggie meals, I'm pretty sure that they can do a veggie plate for the veggies in your group.  Can't remember where I saw this info but they didn't have to chose a veggie plate in order for the veggie people.  

 

Too many times the word veggie in this post, excuse my preggo brain!

That is correct.  They will have a separate veggie option for those individuals.

So question to anyone who knows anything about the path to the Tulum Gazebo, I'm slowly checking out shoes and was wondering if there was any sand on the path.  I remember tiles and stuff to the Tequila restaurant but memomy is failing me.

There is no sand on the pathway up to the gazebo. It's all cement/sidewalk. Here is a pic of my BM walking up to the gazebo
