I have never seen baby food.  I would take it with you, just in case.  Not worth risking with a little one :)

The rose petals were $11 a bag at the time of my wedding.  I'd recommend at least three of our bags.

And I will gladly accept payment from them in the form of free travel to their resort!!! :)

It's been awhile since I have been on here (just got back to work and trying to adjust to life as a working mom haha), but after some catch up reading I would like to say thanks to all the ladies who posted questions and those who replied - answered a few questions I had! And thank you Theresa for posting the albums of the resorts - GORGEOUS!!

I have a few more questions that I hope someone can answer:

1) we are taking our daughter who will be about 15 months and will still be on milk - is the milk at the resort good and is it available at all 3 meal times?

2) what time would be a good time to book our spa appointments if my wedding is at 3pm?

3) also wondering about the hair down thing - I was really hoping to wear my hair curly and down (curled it is just at my shoulders), but I am afraid it will not last......

Thanks :)

Ariel

Thanks for the info ....Another question lol! Did you wear your hair down? Im just wondering how the humidity is? Don't know how to have my hair x

Now if only I could convince them of this form of payment!!

If you spray the living crap out of it, it should hold a curl, however I would be more concerned about the wind.  It's really windy, and your hair will definitely be in your face, so just keep that in mind.

For my wedding I had two 18 month old girls.  They had SOO much fun.  The "kids pool" is just perfect for them!

As for the milk, they do have it at every meal, and if you ask, you can usually get a carton of it.

I would book your spa appointments early.  10 or 10:30 if you can.  It's better to have more time to relax with your ladies than to be stressed out.  Especially if something goes wrong or communication breaks down while getting your hair done.

Yeah, hair down... wind... meh.  It's definitely humid, so if humidity will wreck your curls then I wouldn't risk it, but usually they'll stay curled with massive amounts of spray.  I would at least pin part of it up so that it's not in your face during the ceremony and pictures.

Hi Sunshine,

We had in October the "private dinner/dance reception ALL poolside" with 20 people.

The list of Extras mentions a minimum of guests :

- Theme nights (Gala dinner, BBQ dinner, Mexican night, Caribbean night) : 50 people

- Additional private meals for groups (Paella, Mixed grill, Taquiza, American) : 35 people

BUT everything is negotiable. They give you a quote for what you're interested in.

Hope it helps.

Andree
