HI ALL!

I am printing itineraries for our guests that include restaurants, bars, and pools to meet at throughout the weekend...BUT I am having difficulty finding out which resort map is MOST CURRENT (for this November)....

I am trying to match the icons of each bar/restaurant/pool in my itinerary/schedule to the ones on the map key (and so, I need to know what is the most current map)...

Please help!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! My Fianice and I are getting married on May 10, 2012. We are staying at the Akumal and are having a poolside reception! Soo Excited! Our wedding coordinator gave us a price of $863US for a 2 hour (max) private poolside reception, which included DJ, decorations and "specialty cocktails". I haven't heard much about the resorts DJ so we haven't decided if we will hire someone or go with who is provided. Happy Planning!

Okay so my wedding planner here in Vancouver made me a program/itinerary that I can take to Staples to get printed for my guests. If I can't get it to my guests before we leave, can I just leave it at the front desk of their hotel? Will the front desk people give it to them when they arrive to check in???

Also, some of you have said they don't have voicemail in the rooms, is that true?? Should I just leave a note to one of my bridesmaids at the fornt desk as well telling her what room were in and where to meet? She arrives the same day as us just later in the day.

Please and thanks!!!!
