I asked Paloma about this and this is what she told me:

 

"The prices on the internet do not include ministers fees, in fact, prices have risen for 2013."

hmmmm interesting.... i wonder if since we are having our friend preform our ceremoney (we are getting married legaly back home) if these prices then apply to us since we wont be using the minister???????

yeah, it says this at the end: Civil Wedding (judge, fees, expenses, rates) / Renewal of Vows (not included in final price)

 

I wonder what that consists of?
