I finally found teal ribbon! $1.99 for 25 yards - plus their shipping wasn't insane like a lot of places!

 

This site has them and every other color! Crafta.com. Crafts, Silk Flowers, Ribbons & Special Occasions.

 

They also have some other wedding stuff too. It's probably faster to order on-line. I called and the lady took FOREVER!!

 

Anyhow - I found my ribbon and now I'm happy!
