where did you find the white bags (cheapest price)? are you bringing the candles or having your WC provide?

Thanks! I got the white bags from Michaels craft store. While I was there they were having a sale on votive candles. Each package was $5 and it had 12 glass votive holders with the candles already in them. So I'm bringing them down there!
