Jamaica08Bride - thank you, I'm starting to think I'm going to have to recruit family and friends to bring all of my stufff, and airline fees, especially for baggage are getting out of control!

On our shopping trips we really didn't see things that could be used as wedding decorations. Now that may be because we weren't looking for things like that, but for the usual tourist items. I think you'd be better off bringing all of the things with you that you will use for decorations. I too am sure that my bags were overweight but luckily the people that I encountered at the airport knew we were getting married & were nice & lenient. I also gave 1 piece of luggage to my mother & 1 to my mil. All in all we arrived with 6 bags of wedding stuff. Thank goodness it all worked out!
