We've stayed at the RIU Vallarta, so between your great descriptions and the photos, it's easy to picture how wonderful it must have been!

I'm getting married at the Riu Vallarta, hopefully at the end of May of beginning of June 2010. I was wondering if anyone had their wedding there and regretted not paying extra for certain add-ons to their wedding, or wished they added more to it?
