WOW! That is really good to know about them not taking credit cards once you are down there. What is there "home" resort? sorry I have never heard that term before

Its the resort they have been contracted to work from... Here is the email Sevrine sent me,

 

"hi Lindsay,

 

Hope all is well. Your photographer will be francisco rodriguez. He will arrive around 2.30. Make sure that the day pass is arranged and that the front desk knows that you are expecting him. We don't accept credit cards outside of the resorts where we work so the balance would have to be paid in cash or traveler checks. Let me know if you have any questions. You will arrange the TTD with Fran. Have a nice day.

I will be sending them an email asking if Palma Real is one of their home resorts or not

I think their "home" resort is the Excellence Punta Cana which they are currently under contract according to their site.
