We went through destinationweddings.com and on the guest page you could confirm or deny whether or not you were coming.

If they decided they were coming, they emailed our coordinator.

 

I had to have a count 30 days prior to the trip and needed to know if people were in or out.

(and it was a little more stressful to get a yes or no than I thought it would be)
