Weddings in Jamaica... anyone?

we originally chose mexico but we changed to jamaica. first of all my fi and his ex went to cancun together and although it may sound petty i didn't want our wedding to be at a place that they had been together. maybe for a vacation, but not my wedding. second reason is that none of our guests had ever been to jamaica but almost had all been to mexico, including us. we chose sandals because we have no kids going and we have gotten great reviews about the resort (sandals dunns river)

we are excited and i think everyone is looking forward to it. good luck with your planning. it is tough to narrow it down. i know that riu is pretty popular on this board and it looks beautiful as well. my fiance stayed at a riu in mexico and loved it. happy planning!!!
