Lost 10lbs!!!

Just wanted to share. I lost 10lbs since March using the Flat Belly diet. First heard about it on Rachel Ray. Had to buy the book online because not in book stores yet. I really like this diet because alot of the meals are fast and easy to make. The basis of the diet is to eat good oils called MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids) You start the first 4 days with an anti-bloat diet wich is 1200cal/day and for the next 28 days you have four 400cal meals a day. The diet is only 32 days but I still continue to try to stick to it. And I'm not one for diets. They claim you don't even have to exercise to lose weight but I still do.
