Oh yeah here's some other random stuff.

1. Do NOT weigh yourself everyday. I know it is tempting but in actuality it will only make you more likely to give up. Our weight constantly fluctuates throughout the day (which is why you should weigh yourself first thing when you wake up wednesday morning and not at night after you've eaten all day). We always weigh less in the morning than at night. If you weigh yourself everyday, then you are more likely to get discouraged if you worked so hard one day and you don't see a huge drop. Give it time. I promise it is more rewarding to wait for Wednesday to weigh yourself. And this way no matter what is going on with your weight, you will keep pushing yourself all week long and build up healthy habits, whereas you are more likely to get depressed and go eat Haggen Dazs if you don't see a huge loss from day to day.

2. Don't stress if you don't lose weight or you even gain weight the week of and before AF. It is normal to retain water and bloat around this time, so just keep that in mind so you don't get discouraged.

Here are some list of some foods that have low calories:

1. Sugar free jello 10 calories

3. Klondike Slim a bear ice cream 100 calories

4. Skinny Cow Ice Cream bars 80 calories

5. 100 calorie pack snacks (oreos, cheetos, doritos, goldfish, cupcakes, muffins, jello pudding, etc)

6. I love eating raisins...I buy the little ones that they make for little kids (the teeny tiny boxes) and they are like 45 calories a little box. It always curbs my sugar craving.

10. If your like me and don't have a lot of time to cook you can try Weight Watcher's Smart One's frozen meals. They are delicious and they have tons of options and some of their meals are less than 200 calories! You can view all the different options here: Weight Watchers®*Smart Ones®

I'll add to this list as I think of more. If anybody else has healthy ideas share, share away...

It totally does...cause when you are bending down to take the pic the number starts moving...

Oh sorry I have a digital scale that tells you to the exact decimal point. What I do is place the camera on the floor next to the scale. I then get on the scale to see my weight. Then I squat down instead of bending and pick the camera up and it stays the same weight.

I guess if you don't have a digital scale it will move the numbers up and down. But technically if you are 125 let's say it should move when you bend down to pick the camera up, but should go back to 125 when you have straightened out no?
