ok ladies, I haet to be the slacker in the bunch but I gained a pound this week!! mad2.gif And no, its not a pound of muscle...unfortunately between Mothers Day and my bday yest, too many margaritas, and the rest is history. I'm with you Yari, I'm challenging myself to lose at least 2lbs by next Wednesday.

This may sound silly, but I am watching the Secret right now. It is all about visualizing.

 

I am going to try and visualize my weight loss of two pounds next week. Every morning before I put my feet on the floor I will say to myself, "I will lose two pounds this week". Before I close my eyes to go to sleep I will say, "I will lose two pounds this week."

 

I hope it helps and works!!

i found all of the weight that you guys lost! i gained 1.4, but whatever, i was SO bad all week. today i did much better and went to the gym to run for 25 min. i have planned for saturday (wedding reunion at my parent's house w/ lots of drinks and food), and will be really good for the rest of the week.

it's better than the 1.8 you originally said! lol - trying to be positive. it'sa new day tomorrow ... everyone can start fresh!

I have that book, someone gave it to me, but I only read a couple of chapters. Let me know if it works!
