I'm really surprised i didn't breakdown and eat the taco dip. I only stayed for about 2 hrs, i think if i would of stayed any longer i would of just started pigging out. I guess i'm starting to learn my limits and i just try to keep telling myself in my head "what's more important eating this ...taco dip... or looking beautiful on my wedding day and in my bikini."

Good Job Danielle!! That's great willpower, I'm sure I would have pigged out!

 

I've done pretty good this week, except for saturday, I drank a few beers friday night when I got home and I was STARVING on saturday, so I went a little overboard, but got myself back on track yesterday and even managed to workout yesterday and today. I hope the scale goes in the right direction this week!

Wow Danielle YOU ROCK!!! I have been so bad I need some motivation. Or I seem like I'm really trying and doing good but I just seem to gain and not lose and I'm working out and eating decent.

i am totally not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. i am positive ive gained - i am sooooo bloated! i made a promise to myself yesterday that i will go to work out and do cardio every other day for the remaining weeks up to my alterations and then maintain with visits to the gym 3x a week between the alterations and the wedding. i am so pissed at myself for wasting so much time!

You can still do it Maura!! Besides you look great anyways I wouldn't stress over it....

I am not looking forward to the weigh-in tomorrow. On top of being out of town for the last 5 days and eating horrible... I just find out that I didn't get a job that I was super excited for (& honestly thought I was a shoe-in for!) I'm so upset. I just had a beer & a huge fattening muffin. I still feel like shit though. BLAH.
