Wow, how did i move up so much. I was starting to feel a little discouraged because all of my clothes are still tight. At least now i can see i'm making progress, hopefully i'll be seeing some results soon.

I'm up a pound, but all things considered, I'm actually pleased with that! Aunt Flo is here and I've been traveling, not sleeping, and eating crap. This was a ridiculous week, but I am ready to get back on track this week! Foshizzle!
