Monica, that's a very sad story.

 

When I was younger we had a ruby cocker spaniel, I've never seen one that color ever since. I opened the front door and he got out. Well, a car was coming too fast and same scenario the neighbor was flagging him and telling him to slow down and just killed Brandy on impact. I couldn't believe it, it happened right in front of my very eyes. I'll never forget him.

awwww, I'm so sorry to hear this...I, too, know of someone who made the decision to amputate her dog's leg due to cancer. They're not sure if the cancer is localized, but they wanted to give her a chance -- she seems to be doing very well.

 

What a wonderful person your sister is to give her little girl this chance...big hugs to Sadie -- she's precious!

I am in tears, poor baby. Stupid people that could care less. I hope she makes a speedy recovery and adjustment.

That is horrible. I am so glad that she is going to make it. About two months ago my dads dog got out, and a truck hit her and never even stopped. She was a little 12 pound dog. The horror and sadness that went along with it was horrible. Some people just suck. I bet she will be just fine as a three legged dog, and loved exrtra specially
