We made an offer, now what?

Did you talk to a lender yet? That was the PITA for us. The Real Estate Agent will walk you through everything you need to do for the house. Don't even stress that part. But the Mortgage people will ask you to sign your life over! Make sure you start getting w4s and payment stubs and rent references and all that in order. Good luck and the hous is amazing! We just closed on our on friday! So fun and stressful and fun some more!

We are in the exact same boat! We put an offer on a condo yesterday, I'm finishing school in December, and planning a wedding for next May.

Not to hijack, but we just got a counter offer! We countered back. These things can move quickly sometimes, and other times it can take forever. We'll both keep waiting!

Holy Sh*&%! They accepted our offer! No counter or anything! The home inspection is scheduled for Monday, if all checks out, I have a house!
