So I just got back (and have 4000+ new posts to read!) - I never knew there was so many things!

 

Like Nanaimo bars. You can buy these everywhere, I can't believe they're not in the states.

 

The other thing that came up while I was down there was Aero chocolate bars.

Wow, allot of the things you guys can't get where you are we have here in Seattle...maybe because we are just hours from the border. I filled Joel's Xmas stocking with Bounty bars...he love coconut. I also buy Kinder eggs and

MacKintosh's Toffee all the time.

 

The one thing I love in Canada...but I'm not sure they make anymore is Miamis. They were made by a brand that is similar to Little Debbies here in the states, but the Miamis are little coconut puff ball things. They were kind of like eatting coconut angel food cake....so good...but ssoooo much sugar. I haven't seen them the last 2 times I was in Vancouver, so if they don't make them anymore I'll be sad.

This is something both countries have but are differently shaped. Canadian Corn Pops cereal are little balls whereas American Corn Pops are flatter and football shaped. I wonder why..eh? haha

A true Canadian food would be Poutine: french fries with cheese curds and gravy. The best place to get this is in Quebec (Montreal).

OMG! I love tim horton's donut holes, dill pickle chips, that carmel that comes in the red and plaid box and logan berry. we've got a place in Ontario by the falls. I can't wait to get back up there for labor day to stock up. that'll totally blow my BL3 contest though

We have poutine all over Seattle now. I do heart ketchup potato chips. I also love your dill pickle chips.
