Oh I'm so sorry. People can be so disgusting. I never understand violence- especially in situations like this. They didn't need to beat him up to get the $40. Obviously, it wasn't just about the money. They are just screwed up people.

holy moly.... that is insane. im sorry to hear about all that and i hope he heals fully. i had something similar happen to a friend. they pulled out a big chain with a lock on the end and smashed his eye socket in.. he healed okay but now his one eye is sliiiightly droopy so he always kind of has a slightly drunk look to him (on a humerous note he gets 86'd a lot from bars before he even has a drink and we would laugh about that)
