Huge news for Barceló Maya Brides

Barceló Maya resort in Riviera Maya will now allow outside Photographers. There is no exclusivity with the Photoshop photographers. Your outside photographer can come and take photos but cannot use the facilities, food. etc. If they want to, you can buy them a day pass.

 

I already paid for my photographer who I’m brining with me. So good for you- sucks for me...

Wow, that is great news! I have received so many emails from Barcelo brides afterMargaret's Wedding wanting out find out about my work and asking about the Barcelo policy. As with any location the only thing I can really say is to check with the location to see if a hotel stay or fee is required. (and of course it can never hurt to get that policy in writing!). I hope they have made that change and that it helps a lot of brides to have beautiful memories of their wedding in such a special setting!

Barceló is the most beautiful resort I’ve ever been to. And it was such a shame that they didn't allow outside photographers to capture it all. (Not to mention - free advertisement) I sent lots of e-mails to my wedding coordinator regarding that issue (and I’m sure I wasn't the only one). She was going to talk to her boss about it . Well, looks like she did but too bad for me I already paid for mine.

 

Any way, there is a website that’s dedicated to Barceló and Barceló only! The moderator of that website talks to the management all the time.

She was the one who broke the news.
