Have a great day Jackie! I didn't want a shower, yet have somehow managed to get roped into having 4 + a spa day! (I'm not fighting the spa day!) I won't lie, it was a tad awkward at the first one, but in the end we did have a great time. I was really thankful that all of FI's family was there to show support and I DID get some cool presents!

Have a great time Jackie! Once you have a drink and go with the flow it will be fine!! I always have anxiety about these things before hand then when I get there and get a feel for it, I am much better!

I didn't want a shower either (for the exact same two reasons you gave.) And after fighting my family, they gave in and didn't give me one (thank goodness.)

 

Try to have a good time. Opening the presents will probably be the hardest part. So make sure the drinks keep coming during that part.
