I still haven't gone. I talked to my FI a bit ago and he said he had cramps but not the urge to go. Maybe tonight??

maybe the tea tonight will help out. I went a very little and that's it.

I wasn't able to go with just the fiber I had to wait a full day of tea and then fiber before I was able to go. So maybe once you guys get the tea in your system and then wake up tomorrow you'll get more BM.

 

I went again today but it seems like I can't get the gist of what time I go. I keep going at all different times. My system is all wacky. I am also not doing the toxinout, just the colonix.

LOL Kat thats too funny. To answer your question, I am not doing toxinout. I think its a sales ploy to get you to do both at once. The website says you can have perfectly good results using just the Colonix on its own.

 

Danielle, glad to hear the apple juice was successful. I need to go out and buy some more apple juice because we're out, since I'm going to start tomorrow. It's good that your poop smells bad, that means its working!

Well, if you are anything like me you won't have to. I still haven't gone....

have company coming in about 5 min but just wanted to check in -

took first part this morning (6:30 for pills, 6:45 for powder). had no prob w/ pills, but did burp up the taste, which was nasty. i mixed the powder w/ applesauce, leaving a tiny bit of unmixed applesauce on the side to have last, and didn't taste anything. literally farted around my house (i wish cars could run on my gas) for 10 minutes and then ...

nothing.

until about 4:30, when i just had to go. nothing immediate, but a nice, regular, leisurely dump. i'll tell you - i did feel lighter after!

i'll keep you posted about the tea tonight.
