Did you REALLY stay out of the sun?

Recommended Posts

I'm an outdoorsy one, so I love to be out in the surf, hiking, tennis, biking, etc... The Sun will darken me no matter what , evenso I wear a hat, sunglasses, and the best sunscreen called La Roche Posay Anthelios 50+. I found that two years ago when I saw a strange bump on my nose that turned out to be nothing, but before I knew if was nothing I searched for the best sunscreen. This brand from France blocks out almost all UVA and UVB and has been used in many other countries since the early 90's. Its the European doctors number one recommended sunscreen. The US is just starting to allow it in, but not at the maximum percent Sun Block. They are letting in ten percent and the lower levels. I get mine from Ebay.

I am exactly the same I burn through factor 30! In one way i'm dreading it because i have a horrible feeling i'll be lobster and FI will be lush and tanned - the sun just has to look at him and he goes golden! the git

I was in the DR 9 days before my wedding. Staying out of the sun was not an option since I have a 5 year old, we were out from morning til night. I wore nothing but strappless, and lot's of sunscreen. Remembering to sunscreen was easy since I was on mom duty and keeping my kids from being burnt was top on my list of important things to do. I was lucky that it was August when I got married so I had a good base, but I was still careful as the sun is so much stronger then it is here. I also didn't want to be to dark since I really like my white skin, and wanted to look like me, I also love the contrast in Everton's and my skin, I think it looks beautiful together.
