I printed the inside pages on a color laser printer and the outside cover on an inkjet. I tried three color lasers and none would work with the shiny slick blue paper. So I had to buy an inkjet that had paper that loaded from the top and came down. My inkjet pulls from the front and turns and comes out the front. That doesn't work with most cardstock because it is too thick to make the turn. Then I just used blue staples to keep them together.
